Parks & Recreation District #3 offers several rental facilities across our park system. From building rentals, baseball and softball fields, pavilions and our indoor pool. Rental rates are dependent on your recreation tax status. If you own property within the boundaries of Recreation Tax #3 you would be considered in district. To check your recreation status, please visit this site. Below is information on each rental facility we offer.

Rental Information:

Indoor pool rentals are on Sundays, 2:30 PM-4:30 PM, year-round. Your rental will include access to the observation deck, tables, chairs, and three lanes of the pool.

Rental Information:

Aqua PARDS Water Park rentals are on Fridays 6:00 – 8:00pm. Your rental will include access to the water park amenities, certified lifeguard staff, and a souvenir cup for the birthday boy/girl. The water park will be closed to the public, but you will share the water park with up to 7 other parties.

Today’s Field Status: Closed for recreation leagues until July 2022

Rental Information:

Field rentals are $25.00 per hour. To reserve your spot your field must be paid for one business day prior to your rental. If a rainout occurs, you will be refunded for your reservation or moved to the next available rental. If the rain out sign is on the field gate, please do NOT get on the field.

Rental Information:

Reservations are on a first come first serve basis and free to the public. Reservations are completed online with the form below. Reservation forms are generated Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. With the exception of holidays! 7AM-Dark are hours of operation during a pavilion rental.

Please keep in mind that Approval and Denial PDFs are generated with each submittal. The status of your reservation is located in red at the header of the PDF, as well as in the email response.
