The Parks and Recreation District #3 (PARDS) is located in Denham Springs, Louisiana. PARDS was created by the Livingston Parish Council in 1973 as a separate distinct body whose purpose is to develop, maintain and operate public park recreational facilities for all the people of Old Ward 2.
The park commission sets policies for the operation of the park system. The Commission is composed of seven members:

- Blaine Pitre
