April 8th, 2020 Update April 8th, 2020 To the residents of Parks and Recreation District #3, As many of you heard in the Governor’s issued a Stay at Home Order effective March 23, 2020 at 5pm, which was extended until April 30th, 2020. We wanted to update our residents on how this effects our parks. The most recent changes are highlighted in red.
