This is a high intensity (high impact if you want) fully customizable body weight workout. The classes will last about 35 minutes so you can get out and get to work. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Come join us! It won't be easy, but what good things in life are easy? ;)

You do not have to be a member at Pards, and when you bring a buddy (and you both sign up together) you each save $10! $80 for members. $100 for non members.
